It is the Finance Director's responsibility to recommend and implement sound fiscal policies, assure the effective and efficient use of fiscal resources, and establish controls to safeguard assets.
The Finance Director manages the Town’s fiscal affairs and is responsible for the accounting and purchasing activities, payroll, accounts payable, risk management, fixed assets, internal controls, annual external audit, pension administration and human resources for the Town. The Director also assists the Town Manager in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the Town annual operating budget.
