The Town Commission meets every 4th Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the Town Hall Commission Chambers.

Tom Gerrard was appointed as Town Commissioner in February of 2004, elected in March of 2005 and 2007 and appointed as Vice Mayor at the March 28, 2007 Town Commission Meeting. Mr. Gerrard was recently appointed as Mayor at the September 25, 2008 Town Commission meeting, after the resignation of former Mayor William E. Benjamin II. He was also appointed as the PBC Beaches & Shores Council Alternate Member. In May of 2005, he was appointed as the PBC Coastal Council Alternate Member. From 2003-2004, he served as Architectural Commissioner and Chair. |

Vice Mayor Kelly Gottlieb |

Kelly Gottlieb was first elected as Town Commissioner in July of 2002 and re-elected in March of 2003, 2005 & 2007. Mrs. Gottlieb is the first female serving on Manalapan's Town Commission since 1986. In 2006, she was appointed Chair for the Ritz-Carlton Task Force. At the September 25, 2008 meeting, Ms. Gottlieb was appointed Vice Mayor, after the appointment of former Vice Mayor Gerrard to the Mayor's seat. |

Commissioner Evans started his first term in office in March 2008. He has been a resident of Manalapan for many years and has been an active member of the Community by serving on the Ritz Task Force from 2005-2007 and the Zoning Commissioner from 2007-2008. On March 24, 2009 the Town Commission appointed Evans as Mayor Pro Tem. |

Commissioner Marilyn Hedberg |

Marilyn Hedberg was recently appointed by the Town Commission to replace Tom Gerrard, now appointed as Mayor-Seat 7, in Seat 3. Mrs. Hedberg has been active in the Town for years, serving on the Architectural Commission since December 2004, appointed Vice Chair in March, 2008. Mrs. Hedberg has also played an integral part in Manalafest, and served as Manalafest Chair in 2006. Commissioner Hedberg was re-elected to Seat 3 in the March 2009 municipal election. |

Peter Blum was first elected Town Commissioner in 1973.
Since then, he has served as Mayor in 1979, 1982-1983; Vice Mayor
1974 - 1978, 1991- 1994, 1998 - 2007; and Mayor Pro
Tem 1984 - 1987, 1995. |

Commissioner William Bernstein |

William Bernstein was elected as Town Commissioner in March 2009. He has been an active member of the community for his tenure as resident of Manalapan. Mr. Bernstein recently resigned from the Zoning Commission which he served on from 2003 -2009 to take his seat as the newest elected Commissioner for the Town of Manalapan. |
