At the September 24, 2002 Town Commission Meeting, Resident Mary Ann Puhek-Kunkle presented a draft of the inaugural issue. There was much discussion as to whether the newsletter should be printed in black & white or full color and how often. The newsletter was approved to be printed in full color, outsourcing the project to a local vendor.

In September of 2003, a generous resident (to remain nameless) donated a digital color copier for the printing of the newsletter as well as other publications.

In February of 2004, Mrs. Kunkle passed the torch onto the Town Staff to continue the publishing.
