Town Attorney White
received a Juris Doctorate from Nova University School of Law in
1980 and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Missouri in 1966. She has been a partner of Corbett & White
P.A. since 1990, is presently practicing in Municipal Law
matters, and handles most all litigation for clients except
when insurance coverage provides counsel. Corbett & White, P.A.
currently represent eight (8) municipalities and acts as General
Counsel for the Palm Beach County League of Cities, Inc.
Assistant Town Attorney
Lohman recieved a Juris Doctorate from the University of
Maryland School of Law in July 2003 and recieved a Bachor of
Science in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy
Maryland in May 1993. Mr. Lohman assists the firm’s
municipal clients with land use and planning issues; represents the
municipalities at Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning
Agency, and Architectural Commission hearings; reviews land
development issues and acts as legal counsel at a staff review
level. In addition, he prosecutes code enforcement cases for
clients; assists in recovery and satisfaction of code enforcement
liens; drafts ordinances, resolutions, agreements and contracts;
and acts as counsel for the firm’s clients at governing body
hearings.
