Inspections
To schedule an inspection, please call Town Hall at 561-585-9477. For next-day inspections, please call before 4:00 p.m.
Zoning
Zoning questions are answered by Alice Everard at 561-383-2544 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, she is also available by email at Aeverard [at] manalapan.org.
The Town of Manalapan utilizes the My Government Online (MGO) platform. Please create an account to submit your permits and schedule inspections.

ANY person, firm, or business must have a business registration prior to beginning any work in town.
The Town of Manalapan does NOT accept the County-Wide Permit Application
Construction in the Town is allowed Monday through Saturday 8:00am - 6:30pm. No construction is allowed on Sundays or major holidays excluding: Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Veteran's Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving.
