NOTICE OF INTENT TO FIND
THE TOWN OF MANALAPAN
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN COMPLIANCE
On behalf of the Town of
Manalapan, we would like to welcome you to our
official website on the internet. This website will provide information about the
Town and its services for our residents and visitors alike. Like a new house, it is
under construction and ever-changing. We hope that you enjoy
learning about our community while you browse through the links
that we have provided for your information.
Manalapan is a neatly maintained residential
community located south of the West Palm Beach metropolitan area
and offers the opportunity to live in an environment that few
communities can match.
Incorporated in 1931, Manalapan has 321 residents who enjoy the
solitude and seclusion of living on a barrier island surrounded by
the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida Intracoastal Waterway. In addition to these
amenities, residents enjoy wonderful weather, miles of sandy
beaches and a wealth of beautiful native coastal vegetation.
Manalapan is a fully
developed community known for its superior quality of life and
excellent level of municipal services. While the town maintains a quaint
small-town residential character, its residents enjoy the lure of
exceptional shopping, dining and cultural activities within minutes
from their homes.
Manalapan is
fortunate to have hard working and conscientious elected officials
and staff.
Accomplishing the goals and objectives of the Town could not happen
without officials committed to making Manalapan greater in
excellence and higher in quality.
We are happy that you
have visited Manalapan’s official website and hope that the
information we have provided exhibits why we love to work in
Manalapan. Drop us a note and
let us know what you think. Your suggestions are greatly
appreciated!
